Introduction

The table below lists Bosch injector part numbers and specifications for 944 and 968 applications. Note that injector flow rates are rated at a specific test pressure (most commonly 3 bar44 psi) rather than the actual system operating pressure. The 8V 944 fuel system runs at a nominal 2.5 bar36 psi regulator pressure; the 16V system runs at 3.8 bar55 psi. Actual injector flow in service will differ from the rated test-pressure value.

Note: Bosch considers injector specification data proprietary and releases it only to OEM customers. The values below were collected from indirect sources and should be treated accordingly.
